PPE review/working group.

Following recent employee engagement surveys carried out by Unite Reps, one of the main issues raised was the quality and durability of the workwear provided to employees in West Lothian Council Building Services.

We are listening and we have brought this to the attention of the management, a working group has been formed containing employees (A. Hutchison, D. McCue, S. Thomson, J. Deans, A. Nichols) from different trades and sections plus Unite theUnion Representatives.

The working group will be provided with samples of new PPE in the next two weeks for their consideration, if you have any opinions then we would like to hear from you!
